Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Revenue Operations Senior Manager, this full-time remote position will manage revenue performance analytics, optimize revenue processes, and enhance systems and tools to support scalable growth across Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, and Product teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze pipeline health and sales performance to identify opportunities for revenue improvement
  • Design scalable solutions to operational inefficiencies and improve core revenue processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market processes and support planning initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, preferably in a startup or technology company
  • Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
