Revenue Operations Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations who will be responsible for driving growth and optimizing the revenue funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize and accelerate activations and appointments per provider while minimizing churn
• Assess conversion metrics and identify areas of opportunity to accelerate growth
• Own growth forecasting model and support strategic pipeline generation

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in strategic management consulting or Business Operations/Strategy roles in high growth startups
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading teams and managing people in an operational/analytical capacity
• Ability to manage senior cross-functional stakeholders and navigate complex relationships
• Prior experience in Growth function is a plus
