Job Summary

To support revenue growth, the full-time fully remote Revenue Operations Specialist will manage CRM data quality, reporting, and operational processes while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to enhance pipeline visibility and revenue performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day CRM administration, data quality, and reporting accuracy in Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline health, activity tracking, and revenue performance
  • Coordinate lead-to-revenue processes and assist with forecasting and territory planning activities
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Administration
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Ability to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational trackers
  • Understanding of sales pipeline stages and common revenue metrics
  • Process-oriented mindset with the capability to document workflows and recommend improvements
