Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full billing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and compliance
• Create and maintain client service agreements, aligning them with business goals
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize revenue-related processes and workflows

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, with 2+ years in an administrative/operations role
• 4+ years of experience with ConnectWise Manage/PSA billing processes
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and PowerBI
• Understanding of MSP billing models and contract management best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of tasks effectively
