Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to enhance operational processes and support revenue teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of Deal Desk processes and manage CRM components of the Lead to Order process
- Facilitate deal vetting and documentation while ensuring accurate representation in the CRM for fulfillment and reporting
- Analyze customer data and partner with Marketing to track campaign engagement and improve internal operations
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or similar roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and understanding of quote-to-order processes
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams across the revenue lifecycle
- Experience in documenting processes and maintaining data hygiene
- Knowledge of contracts and deal approval coordination
