Revenue Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to streamline order management processes and enhance collaborations between vendors and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage incoming orders, coordinating with sales, vendors, and revenue departments
• Support and develop vendor and contractor partnerships, including managing escalations and resolving workflow issues
• Provide daily guidance and training sessions to sales teams to ensure best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years in revenue operations, order management, sales support, or similar roles
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Strong data analysis and process documentation skills
• Experience in advertising or SaaS business models is preferred
