Revenue Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Systems & Strategy Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the technology roadmap for Revenue Cycle to enhance efficiency and eliminate process gaps
• Collaborate with IT and clinical operations to optimize EHR and practice management systems
• Manage vendor relationships and implement strategic initiatives to improve revenue cycle performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare revenue management and/or technical support
• Knowledge of patient registration, scheduling, authorizations, and billing processes
• Basic knowledge of EHR programs, medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding processes
• Proven understanding of Value Based Care and Fee For Service contract models
• Experience in system implementation and project management
