Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Specialist will manage lifecycle strategy and automation, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance SDR processes to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with go-to-market stakeholders to evolve lifecycle definitions and create actionable systems for the customer journey
  • Build and optimize HubSpot workflows for lead routing, marketing campaigns, and follow-up processes
  • Identify and recommend improvements across go-to-market processes to increase clarity, consistency, and effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related cross-functional role
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle management, and campaign operations
  • Strong operational skills paired with strategic judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and define processes where none exist
  • Interest in leveraging engagement signals to enhance messaging and coordination across the funnel
