Job Summary
The full-time Revenue Operations Specialist will manage data integrity, operational reporting, and cross-functional coordination to enhance customer lifecycle processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and GTM systems, ensuring data integrity through audits and reporting
- Support go-to-market funnel processes and coordinate internal handoff processes across various teams
- Prepare and maintain standard reports and dashboards for GTM teams, tracking onboarding progress and renewal timelines
Required qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or related roles
- Proficiency as a Power user or Admin of a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluency in AI tools and their application in daily workflows
- Strong skills in spreadsheets, including pivot tables and data modeling
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
