Revenue Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance the effectiveness of client services and growth teams, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Specialist will optimize systems, data, and workflows while managing CRM data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional support to drive revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own CRM data integrity and support disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
• Standardize project setups and ensure consistent workflow adherence across teams
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting to provide insights for leadership decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-6+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Extensive experience in PowerPoint presentations
• Experience with project/workflow tools, such as Wrike or similar
