Revenue Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the infrastructure of the GTM stack, the full-time contract Revenue Operations Specialist will audit current tools, connect and configure data flows, and build dashboards and reports to enhance visibility for leadership while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Audit the current GTM stack, identifying gaps and broken connections
• Connect and configure tools to ensure correct data flow between CRM, outbound, and reporting layers
• Build dashboards and reports to provide leadership with insights into pipeline health and rep activity

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops at a B2B/Enterprise startup
• Comfortable with Attio or comparable CRMs at an admin level
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Looker or Metabase
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier or Make
• Proven ability to write clear, maintainable documentation independently
