Job Summary

Owning key Revenue Operations functions, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Specialist will manage Deal Desk processes, ensure CRM data integrity, and provide analytical reporting to support the global revenue organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee Deal Desk processes, ensuring compliance and smooth deal progression from quote to close
  • Maintain CRM data quality and integrity, optimizing data structures and workflows for accurate reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to enhance pipeline visibility and performance tracking
Required qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of Sales Operations experience, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or global services
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot, including workflows, automation, and data management
  • Experience with Deal Desk processes, including pricing and contract reviews
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Apollo and Waalaxy
