Revenue Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Specialist will manage the execution of Revenue Operations initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Distribution, and Operations while ensuring efficient communication and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of strategic Revenue Operations initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects
• Manage documentation, track project milestones, and ensure accountability across teams
• Coordinate go-to-market readiness activities and serve as the operational point of contact for the Revenue organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Insurance, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs
• Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership
