Revenue Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support the scaling of go-to-market operations, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Specialist will manage end-to-end process automation, collaborate across functions to enhance revenue generation, and provide strategic insights to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes to support cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness
• Lead the design and management of dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations at high-growth technology companies
• Proven track record of developing and implementing end-to-end solutions from data collection to execution
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools
• Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Highly adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
