Revenue Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Revenue Operations Specialist will analyze processes, implement scalable solutions, and maintain Salesforce configurations while working onsite in Waltham or Boston.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities within the Go-To-Market organization
- Build and maintain Salesforce configurations, including flows, reports, and dashboards to enhance operational workflows
- Analyze GTM and customer lifecycle data to provide actionable insights and improve data quality across revenue systems
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related function
- Proficiency in Excel or similar analytical tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Understanding of go-to-market processes and sales metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
