Job Summary
To support a growing revenue organization, the full-time Revenue Operations Specialist will manage Salesforce administration, maintain data integrity, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including maintaining fields, reports, and user access
- Partner with Finance and Revenue leadership to reconcile revenue reporting and improve data accuracy
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, while troubleshooting issues for users
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role
- Experience with Salesforce administration
- Solid analytical skills and comfort with data tools like Excel and basic SQL
- Strong organizational and project management instincts
- Interest in sales and marketing processes within a startup environment
