Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Revenue Operations (ROPS) fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of front-line specialists, providing coaching and performance evaluations
• Manage daily workflows and ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of team output
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with other teams to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous lead or supervisory experience in Revenue Operations or Setup preferred
• Proven ability to take accountability for team results and meet critical deadlines
• Experience in managing teammate workloads and performance development
• Ability to analyze metrics and report findings effectively
• Experience in identifying system and process improvements
