Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting Salesforce in an operations or system support role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, and data structures
• Experience with data management processes including imports and exports
• Ability to document business requirements and system changes clearly
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus but not mandatory
