Job Summary

To support the development of AI training datasets, the freelance Revenue Operations Task Author will design realistic task prompts and scoring rubrics for AI agents, focusing on revenue operations scenarios, while working remotely with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Author realistic task prompts grounded in revenue operations scenarios such as bookings reconciliation and account discrepancies
• Write scoring rubrics that define correctness criteria for evaluating AI responses
• Calibrate task difficulty and validate tasks to ensure they effectively challenge AI models

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in revenue operations or sales operations at an industrial or enterprise company
• Deep familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and the ability to interpret account and bookings data
• Strong understanding of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition concepts
• Ability to define precise, verifiable correctness criteria for task evaluations
• Comfort operating business communication tools and dashboards as part of multi-system workflows
