Job Summary

To support the development of advanced AI agents, the freelance Revenue Operations Task Author will design realistic revenue operations scenarios, create scoring rubrics, and validate tasks remotely while leveraging deep enterprise expertise in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

• Author realistic task prompts based on revenue operations scenarios, including bookings reconciliation and account discrepancies
• Write scoring rubrics to define correct answers and evaluation methods
• Calibrate task difficulty and validate tasks against AI models to ensure they challenge the model appropriately

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related function at an industrial or enterprise company
• Deep familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to interpret account and bookings data
• Strong understanding of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition concepts
• Ability to define precise, verifiable correctness criteria for task evaluation
• Iterative mindset with a willingness to test, refine, and re-test tasks for calibration
