Job Summary

To support the development of advanced AI agents, the remote freelance Revenue Operations Task Author will design and calibrate realistic revenue operations scenarios, ensuring tasks challenge AI while remaining objectively gradable.

Key Responsibilities

• Author realistic task prompts based on revenue operations scenarios such as bookings reconciliation and account discrepancies
• Write scoring rubrics to define correct answers and evaluate task performance
• Calibrate task difficulty and validate tasks to ensure they effectively challenge AI models

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in revenue operations or sales operations at an industrial or enterprise company
• Deep familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to interpret account and bookings data
• Strong understanding of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition concepts
• Ability to define precise correctness criteria for tasks
• Iterative mindset for testing and refining tasks until correctly calibrated
