Key Responsibilities

• Author realistic task prompts grounded in revenue operations scenarios such as bookings reconciliation and account discrepancies
• Write scoring rubrics that define the criteria for correct answers and evaluate task performance
• Calibrate task difficulty against AI models, adjusting complexity to ensure tasks effectively challenge the AI while remaining objectively gradable

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in revenue operations or sales operations within an industrial or enterprise company
• Deep familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to query and interpret account and bookings data
• Strong understanding of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition concepts
• Ability to define precise, verifiable correctness criteria for task evaluation
• Iterative mindset with a willingness to test, refine, and re-test tasks for accurate calibration
