Job Summary

Supporting the delivery and evaluation of learning programs, the contract Revenue Operations Trainer will manage new hire training and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective training solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver role-based training for new hires and other professional development initiatives
• Collaborate with designers, educators, and leadership to enhance training delivery
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and analytics

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in adult learning theory and methodologies
• Highly effective facilitator/trainer
• Effective planning and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Independent problem solving and decision-making skills
