Revenue Operations Trainer

Job Summary

To support the delivery and evaluation of learning programs, the remote Revenue Operations Trainer will manage new hire training, collaborate with subject matter experts, and utilize metrics to assess training effectiveness on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver new hire role-based training and professional development initiatives
• Collaborate with designers and leadership to ensure impactful training delivery
• Monitor implementation of training initiatives using metrics and analytics

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience using adult learning theory and methodologies
• Highly effective facilitator/trainer
• Effective planning and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills
