Revenue Performance Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisor - Revenue & Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with operator partners and oversee revenue strategy execution for assigned communities
• Analyze performance results and provide monthly reports to senior management regarding financial outcomes and market conditions
• Train operators on revenue management concepts and ensure consistent communication regarding pricing practices and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly desired; equivalent industry experience may be acceptable
• 3-5+ years of experience in Multi-Family Property Management, Asset Management, or Market Research preferred
• Familiarity with business intelligence and benchmarking tools is beneficial
• Experience using technology such as Yieldstar and BI Solutions
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
