Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Planning & Programs Lead to drive cross-functional revenue initiatives across their organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build segmentation frameworks to identify pipeline and expansion opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to operationalize targeted campaigns
  • Support quota modeling and in-year revenue planning
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years in RevOps, BizOps, Management Consulting, Strategic Finance, or similar
  • Strong Excel/modeling skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, and GTM leadership
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems independently
  • Understanding of sales motions (SMB/Enterprise preferred)
