Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Planning & Programs Lead to drive cross-functional revenue initiatives across their organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build segmentation frameworks to identify pipeline and expansion opportunities
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to operationalize targeted campaigns
- Support quota modeling and in-year revenue planning
Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years in RevOps, BizOps, Management Consulting, Strategic Finance, or similar
- Strong Excel/modeling skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, and GTM leadership
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems independently
- Understanding of sales motions (SMB/Enterprise preferred)
