Revenue Process Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with leadership to develop strategic and operational plans, the full-time Manager Revenue Process will provide operational leadership and manage a team of 6 FTEs in a remote setting, focusing on fiscal viability, billing training, and workflow management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and performance expectations for the Revenue Process team, providing coaching and performance reviews
• Ensure high-quality patient registration processes and compliance with revenue cycle integrity through effective training programs
• Oversee accounts receivable management, addressing operational issues, analyzing trends, and ensuring compliance with contract agreements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of management experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience in financial management and budget development
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in healthcare
• Ability to analyze data and develop corrective action plans based on trends
• Experience in relationship management with industry associations and stakeholders
