Revenue Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

Working as part of the Philanthropy Revenue Management & Operations Team, the full-time Revenue Quality Assurance Specialist will review and commit constituent revenue transactions, identify process improvements, and coordinate communications related to revenue processes in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve revenue transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency in revenue management processes
• Coordinate with Finance and other departments to resolve issues related to donor intent and coding

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination
• Experience generating reports and analyzing data within not-for-profit revenue management
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Familiarity with current technology used in fundraising operations
• Training in principles and practices of not-for-profit revenue management
