Revenue Recognition Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing all aspects of revenue accounting in accordance with ASC 606, the full-time Revenue Recognition Accounting Manager will serve as the subject matter expert on technical revenue guidance while partnering with various teams to ensure accurate and compliant revenue reporting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply ASC 606 to complex revenue arrangements and maintain updated revenue policies
• Lead the revenue close process, including journal entries and reconciliations, while identifying automation opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and FP&A teams to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and guidance across regional accounting teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in revenue recognition or technical accounting, including 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and complex global revenue arrangements
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with good judgment and logical decision-making ability
