Revenue Recognition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Recognition Specialist to manage the Sales Order process and ensure compliance with Revenue Recognition principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate Sales Orders for accuracy and compliance with Revenue Recognition criteria
• Manage consumption tracking and billing, ensuring proper licensing and invoicing of Sales Orders and Renewals
• Communicate with Sales teams and management regarding Revenue Recognition issues and assist in month-end and quarter-end functions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a software business or Finance Operations Team
• Knowledge of Revenue Recognition principles is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong mathematical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across different locations
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, results-driven attitude
