Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Recovery Specialist, Audit.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the Artiva workflow management system to follow up on patient bills and claims, managing complex audit issues
• Analyze information to identify root causes of audited, denied, or unpaid claims and determine next steps
• Ensure compliance with timely filing guidelines and escalate complex accounts to management as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High level of professionalism and adherence to debt collection rules and HIPAA requirements
• Moderate computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for accurate record keeping
• Mathematical ability to perform basic calculations
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD coding is preferred
