Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Recovery Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients, understanding their operational requirements and conducting analyses to address issues
• Act as point-of-contact for complaints and complicated accounts, reviewing claims escalated by various teams
• Perform regular reviews and analyses of operational metrics to identify improvements and communicate findings to leadership

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Five years of medical billing experience with a strong track record in accounts receivable management
• Experience leading or working with a global team required
• Technical knowledge of revenue cycle management principles and payor adjudication processes
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and compliance regulations
