A company is looking for a Revenue Recovery Specialist, Low Balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on patient bills and claims to recover revenue from responsible business entities
• Analyze information to identify root causes of denied or unpaid claims and determine next steps
• Pursue necessary information to overturn claim denials and ensure timely filing guidelines are met

Required Qualifications

• High level of professionalism and adherence to debt collection rules and regulations
• Familiarity with HIPAA requirements
• Moderate computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organization and documentation skills
• Mathematical ability to perform basic calculations
