Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Recovery Specialist (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the Advanced Reimbursement Analysis (ARM) tool to track and analyze underpayments
• Resolve underpaid claims across various payer products and maintain knowledge of medical coding
• Communicate with healthcare payer representatives to initiate payment requests and escalate issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required
• 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare collections
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables
