Revenue Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Recovery Specialist, Clinical Denials.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the Artiva workflow management system to follow up on patient bills and claims for revenue recovery
• Analyze denied or unpaid claims to identify root causes and determine next steps
• Draft and submit appeals with supporting documentation to overturn claim denials

Required Qualifications

• High level of professionalism and adherence to debt collection rules and regulations
• Moderate computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organization and documentation skills for timely follow-up and accurate record keeping
• Mathematical ability for basic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD coding is preferred
