Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Recovery Specialist, COB.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory from multiple clients, focusing on complex denials and aged accounts
• Identify and resolve denials to ensure timely payment and prepare appeals with necessary documentation
• Maintain professional relationships with patients and payer representatives while using web portals and databases for claim resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Claims experience is helpful, but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
