Revenue Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the remote Revenue Recovery Specialist will manage patient billing and claims follow-up, analyze denied claims, and ensure compliance with collection regulations while maintaining professionalism in communications.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the Artiva workflow management system to follow up on patient bills and claims for revenue recovery
• Analyze information to identify root causes of denied or unpaid claims and determine appropriate next steps
• Ensure compliance with timely filing guidelines and escalate complex accounts to management as needed

Required qualifications

• High level of professionalism and adherence to debt collection rules and HIPAA requirements
• Moderate computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for accurate record-keeping
• Mathematical ability for calculations involving basic arithmetic operations
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD coding is preferred
