Revenue Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

Focused on maximizing revenue for Insource hospital clients, the full-time remote Revenue Recovery Specialist will analyze and resolve technical claim denials and complex contractual underpayments using the Health Innovas "Pulse" platform.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the Pulse platform to investigate client accounts for potential denials and underpayments
• Correct data errors and resubmit claims while preparing documentation for underpayment appeals
• Diagnose root causes of denials and contribute to performance reports to prevent future revenue leakage

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable, hospital billing, or revenue cycle resolution
• Prior experience in denial analysis or underpayment identification
• Familiarity with payer contracts and fee schedules
• Proficient with technology and capable of quickly mastering new software platforms
