Revenue Recovery Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Recovery Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze workflow reports to identify cases eligible for the IDR process
• Develop and organize reports for leadership evaluation and assist with external vendor interactions
• Complete special projects and provide updates to upper management on findings and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Insurance Collections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with the insurance industry and the No Surprises Act
• Understanding of legal and medical terminology, including CPT codes and HIPAA regulations
