Revenue Retention Lead

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of program initiatives, the full-time Revenue Retention Execution Lead will coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement efforts to align with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of program initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to support project delivery and ensure alignment
• Monitor and analyze program performance by tracking key metrics, risks, and progress against goals

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, or a related field
• Proven experience working in or supporting Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
