Revenue Senior Manager, M&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Sr. Manager, M&A 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate revenue activities for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and oversee coordination with acquired company's Revenue Accounting team
• Manage M&A and Marketplace revenue adjustments, including Remaining Performance Obligations (RPO) and Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR)
• Partner with cross-functional teams to perform integration planning and execution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant revenue experience (ASC 606)
• 3-5 years of experience in Big 4 public accounting and/or advisory practice preferred
• Experience in M&A accounting integration and usage-based revenue recognition
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
• High proficiency in financial systems such as SAP ERP S4 Hana, Netsuite, and Tableau is a plus
