Job Summary

Revenue Services Representative is a full-time position responsible for billing, processing customer payments, and managing receivables, while working remotely after the onboarding period.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely and accurately bill customers and process payments
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and meet customer expectations

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience
• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to adapt to process and technology changes
• Multi-task oriented with the ability to work efficiently in stressful situations
• Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office products
