Revenue Services Specialist

Job Summary

Executing billing, payment processing, and accounts receivable management, the full-time remote Revenue Services Specialist will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while addressing customer inquiries and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Performs accurate and timely billing and payment processing for mass market residential and commercial customer accounts
• Resolves billing and payment exceptions, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations
• Monitors delinquent accounts and takes appropriate actions to limit financial exposure while responding to customer inquiries

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or High School/GED with 2 years of related work experience
• Basic knowledge of Customer Information Systems (CIS) and revenue services processes
• Understanding of applicable utility commission rules and regulations
• Ability to analyze data for accuracy and compliance
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
