Job Summary

Providing essential support for revenue cycle operations, the full-time remote Revenue Services Specialist will execute accurate customer billing, efficient payment processing, and proactive accounts receivable management while ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates and financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Executes accurate billing and payment processing for residential and commercial customer accounts while managing delinquent accounts and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Resolves customer billing inquiries and account disputes, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintains proficiency in billing systems and regulatory compliance, performing account maintenance activities and supporting internal teams with issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or high school/GED diploma with relevant work experience (2 years for Specialist I, 3 years for Specialist II)
• Proficiency in Customer Information Systems and utility billing platforms
• Understanding of utility regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
