Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Specialist to drive adoption of their Commerce Hub platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to drive enrollment, adoption, and expansion of Commerce Hub
  • Support Senior Revenue Specialists and Growth Specialists on complex deals by providing product expertise and building demo environments
  • Act as a feedback loop between customers and the product team, documenting feature gaps and advocating for improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or implementation roles
  • Knowledge of the HubSpot ecosystem and how Commerce Hub integrates within it
  • Technical aptitude with integrations, APIs, and data flows
  • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
  • Creative problem-solving skills to meet advanced customer needs
