Revenue Specialist II

Job Summary

To support the Revenue Operations Department, the full-time Revenue Specialist II will analyze EOBs and payer correspondence to reconcile credit balances, resolve problem accounts, and request adjustments while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and resolve healthcare insurance claim accounts with existing credit balances, including initiating refunds and adjustments
• Navigate various payer systems and internal systems to ensure timely and accurate claim resolutions
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support monthly reporting of outstanding credit balances

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years' experience with accounting, transactions, or medical billing systems preferred
• Experience in healthcare credits and revenue cycle management
• Knowledge of various healthcare insurance payers
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
