Revenue Specialist II

Job Summary

To support the billing systems setup team, the full-time Revenue Specialist II will manage revenue cycle duties, including system architecture changes for insurance setups, resolving complex payer contract requirements, and responding to internal inquiries regarding billing attributes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and input system architecture changes for insurance setup to support revenue generation and claims
• Communicate with insurance payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for services rendered
• Collaborate with revenue operations teams to identify process improvements and maintain current system setup attributes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of healthcare experience in Revenue Operations or with various health care insurance payers
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage stress in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills for effective teamwork and collaboration
