Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Revenue Specialist II will manage billing system setups, resolve complex payer contract requirements, and support revenue cycle operations in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and implement system architecture changes for insurance setup to ensure accurate billing and claims generation
• Communicate with insurance payers to clarify contract terms and ensure timely reimbursement for services
• Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries related to contracts, revenue management, and billing attributes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of healthcare experience in Revenue Operations or with various health care insurance payers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage stress in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in building relationships and collaborating with teams across departments
