Job Summary

Joining a dynamic billing systems setup team, the full-time Revenue Specialist II will manage revenue cycle duties, including insurance setup, payer contract requirements, and internal inquiries, in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and implement system architecture changes for insurance setup to support revenue generation
• Communicate with insurance payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for services rendered
• Collaborate with revenue operations teams to identify process improvements and maintain accurate billing information

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of healthcare experience in Revenue Operations or with various health care insurance payers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage stress in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively with teams and departments
