Revenue Specialist II

Job Summary

To support the billing systems setup team, the full-time Revenue Specialist II will manage revenue cycle duties, including implementing payer contract requirements, resolving billing issues, and collaborating with internal teams, with a hybrid work arrangement available.

Key responsibilities

• Research and input system architecture changes for insurance setup to support revenue generation
• Communicate with insurance payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for services rendered
• Collaborate with revenue operations teams to identify process improvements and maintain system setup attributes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of healthcare experience in Revenue Operations or with various health care insurance payers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Experience in contract management, revenue management, or insurance plan management
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage stress effectively
